Important Notice: By purchasing or joining any Lions Den programme, you confirm you have thoroughly read, understood, and agreed to all policies contained on this page. All sales are final.
Section 01
Services Provided

Lions Den 1-on-1 provides access to a coach under the Lions Den who will, in the best of interest, educate you within certain fields.

The coach is not obligated to spend a certain amount of time with you nor guarantee you any outcome.

Section 02
No Guarantees or Warranties

We explicitly do not guarantee any income, business success, investment returns, or specific results.

  • Your outcomes depend entirely on your own effort, consistency, decisions, and market factors.
  • Past results of other members are not a guarantee of future results for you.
Section 03
Membership & Access

Access is granted while your subscription is active and in good standing. We reserve the right to remove members at our sole discretion for:

  • Disrupting the community
  • Harassment or disrespectful behaviour
  • Violating community rules
  • Consistent inactivity — failure to engage with core accountability features
No refunds will be issued for removals due to misconduct or violation of these Terms.
Section 04
Intellectual Property

All guides, templates, systems, and materials provided are the intellectual property of Lions Den.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence for personal use only. Copying, reselling, sharing, or reverse-engineering our systems is strictly prohibited.

Section 05
Limitation of Liability & Release

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lions Den, its operators, and coaches shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your participation.

  • You fully release Lions Den from any claims related to your financial, business, or personal decisions made during or after participation.
  • You acknowledge participation is voluntary and all risk is your own.
Section 06
Age & Parental Consent

If you are under the age of 18, you confirm you have obtained parental or guardian consent to join and make payments.

The primary Stripe account holder is a parent/guardian. Operational management of the community is handled under their supervision.

Section 07
The Lions Den System — IP Protection

The "Lions Den System" includes but is not limited to: Discord server structure, logos & icons, channel organisation, team frameworks, onboarding processes, accountability mechanisms, and progression systems.

  • Members receive a limited, non-transferable, revocable licence for personal use only.
  • Copying, screenshotting, recording, or recreating any part of the Lions Den System is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination and legal action.
Policy 01
Monthly Memberships
  • Cancel anytime via your account portal.
  • No refunds for the current billing period.
  • Access continues until the end of the paid period.
Policy 02
All Sales Are Final

We do not provide refunds for change of mind, lack of effort, or dissatisfaction with results.

Refunds will only be considered if we fail entirely to provide the described services — for example, if server access is technically impossible for all members for an extended period.
Policy 03
Removal & Misconduct
  • Removal for misconduct (harassment, spam, rule violation): No refund.
  • Removal for consistent inactivity as defined in Community Rules: No refund.

This policy is strict to maintain a high-performance environment.

Policy 04
Our Commitment

We commit to delivering the services described. If a widespread technical failure prevents all access for more than 72 hours, we will issue service credits or extensions at our discretion.

Our Culture: Execution, Not Excuses. This is a performance-focused environment. We prioritise action, accountability, and mutual respect.
Rule 01
Zero Tolerance
  • No harassment, bullying, hate speech, or threats.
  • No spam, scams, or unauthorised promotion.
  • No sharing of private conversations, member info, or proprietary Lions Den content.
Rule 02
The Engagement Rule

You are expected to engage with core accountability features such as daily/weekly check-ins.

Persistent inactivity affects team momentum and may result in removal.

Rule 03
Violation Consequences
  • First offence — Private warning.
  • Second offence — Temporary mute or restriction.
  • Third offence — Permanent removal without refund.
Rule 04
Dispute Resolution

Bring concerns about other members directly to a Den Keeper or Alpha Coach in private. Do not call out others publicly. We handle issues discreetly and professionally.

Parental / Guardian Supervision Notice

Lions Den is managed by a motivated young entrepreneur. All payment processing, legal agreements, and tax obligations are managed by a parent or legal guardian who is the official account holder.

This structure ensures legal compliance while fostering entrepreneurial initiative.

Section 01
Limited Licence Grant

Upon joining, members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the content, resources, systems, and community provided within the programme strictly for personal educational and business development purposes.

Section 02
What This Licence Does NOT Allow
  • Share, resell, sublicence, or redistribute any materials, frameworks, call recordings, or resources.
  • Copy or reproduce content for commercial use.
  • Give account access to non-members.
  • Repackage or present programme materials as your own.
  • Use any part of the programme to create a competing community, course, or coaching service.
Section 03
Ownership

All content, branding, systems, documents, videos, scripts, and materials remain the sole property of the company. Joining the programme does not grant ownership rights — only permission to use the material personally.

Section 04
Enforcement & Penalties for Misuse

Any unauthorised sharing, reproduction, resale, or distribution of programme content, community access, or proprietary materials will be considered a violation of these terms. If a violation occurs, Lions Den reserves the right to:

  • Immediately terminate the member's access without refund.
  • Remove the member from all platforms and communities.
  • Revoke all licences granted to the member.
  • Restrict future access to any current or future programmes.
In cases involving content theft, redistribution, account sharing, or the creation of competing products using proprietary materials, Lions Den also reserves the right to pursue financial damages and legal action where appropriate.
Section 01
Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through our payment provider, Stripe.

Section 02
Subscription Plans

For subscription plans (Cub's Den, Lion's Den):

  • You authorise recurring monthly charges.
  • You may cancel anytime via your account dashboard before the next billing cycle to avoid future charges.
  • Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.
Section 03
Parental Account Holder

The primary Stripe account holder is a parent or guardian. Operational management of the community is handled under their supervision. This ensures legal and financial compliance for all members, including those under 18.
