Lions Den 1-on-1 provides access to a coach under the Lions Den who will, in the best of interest, educate you within certain fields.
The coach is not obligated to spend a certain amount of time with you nor guarantee you any outcome.
We explicitly do not guarantee any income, business success, investment returns, or specific results.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence for personal use only. Copying, reselling, sharing, or reverse-engineering our systems is strictly prohibited.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lions Den, its operators, and coaches shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your participation.
If you are under the age of 18, you confirm you have obtained parental or guardian consent to join and make payments.
The primary Stripe account holder is a parent/guardian. Operational management of the community is handled under their supervision.
The "Lions Den System" includes but is not limited to: Discord server structure, logos & icons, channel organisation, team frameworks, onboarding processes, accountability mechanisms, and progression systems.
We do not provide refunds for change of mind, lack of effort, or dissatisfaction with results.
This policy is strict to maintain a high-performance environment.
We commit to delivering the services described. If a widespread technical failure prevents all access for more than 72 hours, we will issue service credits or extensions at our discretion.
You are expected to engage with core accountability features such as daily/weekly check-ins.
Persistent inactivity affects team momentum and may result in removal.
Bring concerns about other members directly to a Den Keeper or Alpha Coach in private. Do not call out others publicly. We handle issues discreetly and professionally.

Lions Den is managed by a motivated young entrepreneur. All payment processing, legal agreements, and tax obligations are managed by a parent or legal guardian who is the official account holder.
This structure ensures legal compliance while fostering entrepreneurial initiative.
Upon joining, members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the content, resources, systems, and community provided within the programme strictly for personal educational and business development purposes.
All content, branding, systems, documents, videos, scripts, and materials remain the sole property of the company. Joining the programme does not grant ownership rights — only permission to use the material personally.
